Privacy Policy – Stack Tower

This policy explains how the Android game Stack Tower (package com.hiplay.stacktower), published by HiPlay, handles information. The game does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location or microphone.

Information the game processes

• Device and advertising identifiers (such as the Google advertising ID) and basic device information (model, operating system version, language, country derived from settings).
• Game interaction data: events such as game start, score or level results, use of in-game features, ad requests, ad impressions and whether a rewarded ad was completed.
• Diagnostics: technical information about app performance and errors.
• Notification token: if you allow notifications, a Firebase Cloud Messaging token used to deliver game reminders. You can turn notifications off at any time in system settings.

Game progress (scores, unlocked items, settings) is stored only on your device.

How the information is used

• To show ads, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game rewards.
• To measure game and ad performance and improve the game.
• To prevent fraud and keep the service secure.
• To send optional game reminders.

Third-party services

The game uses the following services, which may collect and process information under their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob and its mediation partners (AppLovin, Pangle) – advertising: Google Privacy Policy, AppLovin, Pangle
• Google Firebase (Analytics, Cloud Messaging) – measurement and notifications: Firebase privacy
• Our analytics service at app.hilloplay.com – anonymous game and ad events linked to a random installation identifier.

Where required (for example in the EEA, the UK and some US states) the game asks for your consent through Google's consent message before personalised ads are used. You can change this choice from the privacy options shown by the consent message or reset your advertising ID in Android settings.

Data sharing and security

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers listed above for the purposes described. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Data retention and deletion

Analytics data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. Uninstalling the game removes all data stored on your device. To ask us to delete analytics data associated with your installation, contact us at the address below.

Children

The game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
